All proceeds for January 2024 went to the Palestinian NGO Filastiniyat via their partner International Media Support. Filastiniyat's mission is to increase youth and women participation in media and public discourse, "complemented by consistent and systemic integration of context-specific gender-aware perspectives and the development of woman-empowering political, economic, social, and human rights." The IMS is collecting funds to go through Filastiniyat for food, clothes, blankets, safety equipment, and psychosocial support for Gazan journalists and their families to keep as many media outlets as possible operating.
